Zonin Prosecco Rose 2019

Introducing the first vintage of the new Zonin Prosecco Rosé DOC, from the Zonin family with Italian history that goes back for almost two centuries. A pale-colored sparkler with a fine perlage and a soft, persistent foam. Delightfully aromatic with hints of wisteria flowers, crisp red apple and red berries. Tasteful notes of wild strawberry and raspberry on the palate lead to a crisp, elegant finish.

Excellent as an aperitif and ideal with light bites, fresh seafood, risottos, a variety of cheeses and fruit-based desserts.

Blend: 85% Glera, 15% Pinot Noir
